     Innovative 7th and 8th Grade Program

  • All students offered accelerated program
  • "Re-do" techniques applied to projects and tests
  • Community service and applied learning projects connect
    classroom learning to "real life"
  • Three electives per quarter include:  Art, Drama, Guitar,
    Spanish, Technology, Violin, Videography, and more
  • Skills for success:  research, critical thinking,
    organization, note-taking, leadership, and teambuilding
  • Quarterly literature reading requirement
  • Program enhancing field trips, including science camp
    and living history
  • Independent Home Study Program students blend with
    traditional students for on-campus electives
Students will learn to:

  • Begin with the End in Mind
  • Put First things First
  • Think Win-Win
  • Seek first to Understand, then be Understood
  • Synergize
  • Sharpen the Saw
