Registration for the 2008/2009 School Year
Mark West Charter School is open to all students. Interdistrict transfer requests are not required for
admission. Parents wishing to enroll their student for our 7th or 8th grade program, or our K-8 Home
Study program must complete the application packet and return it to the school.
Our Priority Lottery Registration Period is over, so applications will now be accepted on a first-come,
first-served basis until all classes are filled.
Our last information night is on April 3rd at 7 PM.
Student shadowing is available by appointment. Please call the school to schedule an appointment, to
request a tour, or to meet with the Director.

School office. Please return your applications by mail or in person to the Mark West
Charter School Office, 5350 Faught Rd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
